Tax Rate on Joining Bonus
I will be receiving the Joining bonus from my firm for Rs,100000/- can some one tell me @ what rate will the tax be calculated and also please let me know will be it be considered along with my CTC for the Tax Deduction for financial year.

It will be deducted 4.9%.
