Taxable Income is wrong
I am working in a organization in india, they have issued a Form 16 where they mentioned 1100000 as a income and deducted tax accordingly, where as I have payslip and others document which shows that my income is 1000000. When i produce the document to company accounts,they asked me to claim refund at the time of return file. my question, Is there any way to take action against the company for this issue?
