While there was no grevious injuries but i took him to a nearby hopital and paid for the expenses. Hospital recorded it as a medico legal case. 15 days later the pedestiran has started calling me and is asking me to pay up Rs15,000 since he claims he is not able to go to work for atlest one more month. Re: Motor Vehicle Accident, how to file FIR
you have liabilities but since he has not registerd a FIR till now therefore he has weak case
anyway in place of going to police you should call him and make him agree to rs 2000 to 40000/- and make an agreement to this effect that he will not disturb u in future and that will save u from many problems.
going to police will cause further problem.
