One of the 2 beneficiaries of the GENUINE WILL forcibly stays in disputed flat to claim full share saying the will as bogus and the Executor appointed by the Testator refuses to act due to personal reasons . Whether other beneficiary can become the Administrator of the will ? As Partition Suit takes long time is there any way to get the transfer of property (50%each) done.What will be the minimum court fees and advocate charges in Mumbai to file partition suit for property worth Rs 60 lacs
