Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

we are 3 brother. my father don't want to give any share of immovable property to one of my elder brother and the property was owned by my grandfather who is not in alive. is it possible that the share can be divided into 2 brothers.

It is an ancestral property in which each brother has equal share. In fact father cannot give it to two brothers. Father may give his share only to his two sons. But, father cannot give the entire property to two brothers.
