Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Hi..

1. I am married.

2. Because of some dispute between me and my wife, I have transfered all my earned money (cash)/Salary part to my parents and to my brother.

Do i need to give something in writing to my parents/brother for this to be the sole owners of the money transferred.

4. The nomination to the current money in accounts, assured amount in LIC,PPF which belongs to me at this moment is my Father.

5. Can my wife claim any of this if i die without a will.

You are free to spend, distribute your self acquired /earned moveables and/or immovables to any one during your life time. The claim, if any, of maintainance by your wife will depend upon your earnings and liabilities, and, not on your savings
