1. yes the property is of my mother only....
2. which court to get the copy of will plz guide me...
she was from chd...might have made a will from chd court probabily..
3. she many yrs before had made court papers and got in newspaper that she want her sons nd grand sons to not even touch her property....
will that papers help if there is no will.....
4.is there any law that if the son lives in the house for 6mnths he will legaly be owner of the portion of the property

i need to go through the papers viz. newspaper clippings and the copy of will, if you have any and other relevant papers that would go to prove the status of property. in case the will was registered in chd, the certified copy can be obtained. i suggest you to have a detailed discussion with your lawyer.
