Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

1) Wheter the will can be executed and registered by two persons i.e. husband and wife jointly?

2) When the original registered will is in possession of one heir of executor and xerox is with the other heirs who have got shares as per provisions of will, how the interested heirs can seek for execution of will?

3) Please inform me also about the relevant legal provisions and further reading in respect of the above questions.
