1.Whether a Senior Citizen without any degree in Law can fight the case of his wife in Mumbai High Court without the Advocate?.

2.Whether a woman without any Law degree can represent her case in Mumbai High Court without the help of Lawyer?.

3.Is there any provision and protection for Woman in India to fight her case in High Court Mumbai?.

NO you can not move ur case in High court without an advocate ... but if the court allows you just can in person put ur point before the court...
