Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
If someone who in absence of a will would have ideally got share in property, challenges a registered will even though the witnesses of the will testify in as authentic will, what are the chances of winning the case by someone who challenges it??? How many years a case can take if the will is proved genuine...and how many years it approx. if there is doubt about the will??

this question cannot be answered in the absence of perusal of documents especially the will alleged to be fake. however, till the will is not decided to be genuine, there may be status quo. regarding the years, it cannot be specifically predicted as it all depends upon the facts of the case and other factors including time proximity of the judge.
You are asking jumble of question which are contradictory in each other. And top it all you want a legal opinion . I feel you are penny wise and pound foolish person who wants legal opinion without engaging a lawyer or telling the actual facts of the case. The case could take a month to decide or couple of years for the same.
contact as local lawyer with documents and full facts of your case
no time limit ... depends on facts and circumstances
