absent in court hearing

is it possible for the court to give a judgement exparte' in probate case in case the contesting party is absent and their lawyer is also absent. if yes how many times can the contesting party do this to prolong the case

Ex-parte judgement depends on the discretion of the court so bring the above fact before the court

One should have a valid reason for not attending the court hearing.

Court can certainly render ex-parte rulings depending upon the number of times the other party is absent.
