Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Can we accept Clause-I legal heirs been declared by regd Will, who can sell immovable property to intended buyer, where as there is no probate of will done.

the will should be probated and only then it is safe to buy the property from the beneficiary of the will. it may be so that the will is fake or the property is owned by an HUF or some other legal hurdle.
