Sir,

My father�s grandfather has left a property of 6 kathas of land, regarding which now days a case is going in the court for allotment of the property to my father and his two brothers and mother. The case is at its last stage. By somehow we have got the information that my father�s; brothers and mother are planning to sell or give their house for rent to a builder who is a criminal minded people for harassing or disturbing us.

They are doing so that we should leave our house and the property.

My fathers; brother and mother has an agreement with the builder that they will allow the builder to build a marketing complex or flats in our place including theirs , after the builder get rid of us.

So, can we do legally anything to stop them from selling or renting their house to the builder during the case which is running in the court as well as after the case.

So that they cannot sell or rent their property to any people.

My fathers are three brothers and mother, among which one of the brothers died a few months back.
