Ancestral property
my biological father has sold all ancestral property and has bought new assets in his name and has thrown me out of house as i do not want to adopt radha soami cult . He says that I have no right in property which is in his name . I have spent whole life in taking care of my younger brother and sisters and made them stand in life as our father had joined radha soami cult and renounced his family .
my question is how can i get my share in ancestral property as all ancestral property has been sold by father and cheated me in name of god . can i sue radha soami cult and my father far the same as father is under influence of so called radha soami cult who in name of satsang has grabbed public land at various places and is forcing me to become their disciple though my father .

You may file a suit for partition of the ancestral property and may also challenge the sales, if any, made by your father.
