Ancestral property -
There are 3 brothers for a property, and one of the brothers is nominee of the property. There is no deed of any kind by the owner of the property(mother of 3 brothers). How to sell ancestral property and make 3 equal shares for the 3 brothers ?

First of all this is not a ancestral property and secondly how come the one brothers becomes the nominee ? Is there any will executed by your mother ? please clarify.
