Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
what is ancestral property?
my great grandfather made self acquired land, this was passed to his son when he expired ( my grandfather) he then passed this to one of his sons by way of gift. my father farmed this land and was 40 at this time and i was 10 and my brother was 20 with a child of his own. Was this ancestral land at time of gift?
Do i have any rights over propety , does my brothers child have any rights of property?

this is an ancestral property and the gift deed may be declared invalid. consult a lawyer.
