Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
to apply probate of will,how the fees count-i.e one probate against will or contents of will and what are fees.Time takes process of probate.

It is around 3% of the value of the property and if all legal heirs consent is there and papers are in order, then it takes a year time to get the probate order and it depends upon the case to case basis.
