Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My aunt who had inherited a share in a property gave that share in the said property to my uncle (her husband) by a will . The said will was notorized a few months back. Unfortunately the original will has been misplaced. Will this notorized will suffice to let uncle receive her share in the said property? My uncle and aunty had been married for 50 years and have no issues. Can anyone object to the recognition of the said will in the abscence of any other will?

a legal heir or near relative of the deceased may object but the original will have to be produced. Otherwise the cirumstances will also have to be proved leading to execution and attestation of the will.
