Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My Aunt is a 55 Years old widow with no kids, She wanted to execute will regarding her liquid assets on FD's and other belongings like Car, Gold which are solely earned by her. Please guide us on the same.

She can execute a will in favour of anyone she likes . There is no bar for her .
