if one of the beneficiary of genuine will disputes the will as bogus to get full share intentionally and delays transfer of property what course of action can be taken to settle the matter without filing partition suit ?

If the WILL is genuine then you need to probate the WILL.
And if ur not interested for suit then settle the matter outside the court..and get the will probate.
