i am benificery of the 'will'

WILL has been recognised by law in maharashtra state pune.

how can the process be speedened to put it into action?

Well first get the will probated in the court in maharastra, then you shall be absolutely at liberty to receive ur share

Will comes into effect immediately after the death of the person, who has executed the will. The question who is going to oppose, are there any other members who will oppose the will or do they challenge the will. if not you can proceed to receive the benefits by showing the will to the concerned authorities. if it is a immovable property you can produce the copy and ask them to change the khata if there are no objections, then you can be the owner immediately after the change of khata. but if you are a christian you have to go to the court and get it probated it will take some time if there are no opposition otherwise it may take years.
