I have a brother and he�s married. He and his wife were not having good relations with my parents and so my father debarred him from his self made property, a house, where he lived. He executed a registered will of the house in my favor. Soon afterwards my brother separated from his wife,got divorced and after the death of my father,moved into the house to look after my mother.Now my brother�s son who is 14 years old and staying with his mother has claimed 1/6th share in the house.The house is still in my father�s name as I have not transferred it to my name.Is he entitled for the share?...Nitika Jain

No. he is not entitled for 1/6 share as your father made a will. Now you can transfer that property in your name by following the procedure as per your local law. Legally you are the owner of the property.
