Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My two brothers have divided the business property (a showroom that was built after my father sold his inherited land and my mother received inheritance land money --the showroom was built with this money and some more) between the two of them leaving my sister and I out. We would like to claim our share 25% to each sister. How do we proceed? One of my brothers is very agreeable about sharing the property and the other brother is not wanting us to have the share. My father is still around. Please advise.
