Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

we are three brothers. my mother made a will for some land which was in her name to me and my younger brother as my older brother had more land, this was registered in front of thalsial. this land was put into her name when my dad expired.
when my mother expired 10 years ago my older brother contested the will straight away. the thalsial agreed that the will was 100% genuine and also the two witnesses agreed.
i gave power of attorney to my youger brother to fight the case.
I thought we had won the case but have resently found out that my younger brother made a deal to share the land equally. can i do anything now. the solicitor said that the registered will could not be broken and the case was 100% in our favour. i think the solicitor was bribed to get the land shared equally and also my brother drinks alot did not help. what can i do now to get my full share of my mothers land. this is not ancestrial land.

you may go for appeal against the order and if the same stands withdrawn on the basis of compromise, you may reopen the case.
