Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

One Builder took the advance of Rs. 5.0 Lacs but not initiating any construction activity for the past 1 year 8 months. Pls. advise should I approach Police to file the petition or file the case with district / state consumer forum

Consult a lawyer with the agreement for construction and whether UDS sale deed has been registered in your favour. Then issue a lawyer notice and follow it by filing Consumer Fora complaint. [email protected]
