Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My case is running in District Court Nawanshahr, Punjab, India under section 420/406. Client register FIR Against me for fraud of money but client deposit the money into another person account who is Travel Agent (Aman Alam). Aman Alam is very popular agent in india and now in Ludhiana, Punjab Jail. I got my bail after 3 months and now my case is running in court. I don't recieve any money from the the person who register FIR Against me and that person don't have any proof against me but police register FIR against me on the behalf of some person who is saying that "Tha amount is given to me before him".
Please guide me, what I do? because I want to apply quash application petition in Chandigarh High Court. Can we solve this problem through high court Quash Petition or not.

yes, you may file a petition before the Punjab n Haryana High Court at Chandigarh stating that no case is made out against you by the bare perusal of f.i.r.
For getting quash, you may file a petition before the High Court situated at Chandigarh stating false allegations made in FIR against you.
