Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in

I am Chand Basha (1945) born to Gulam Hussain (1910) (dead) who along with 2 brothers (a,b) (dead) and 2 (c,d) sisters (dead) born to Rahim Sahib (1875) who had some 100 acres of land in Kaligiri, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh now worth some 25 crores is in possession (documents not justified by me) of one of the (a,b)'s son (e) is claiming that the property document being will ed / in the name of his father (a or b) by Rahim Sahib whereas Gulam Hussain is also one of the son i.e., my father whose share is not carry forwarded to me.

(e) is saying that for the sake of God or my poverty will gift me 2 or 3 lakhs on receipt I must sign on a document.

otherwise as per the document which is in the name of his father I am not eligible to get a single penny.

I am drunken, poor, literate, left orphan and not recognized by my relative who has been enjoying the property all these days. I am sure i will accept whatever they give ransom 2 or 3 lakhs but to waste in liquor or alcohol as i am not married also.

Instead being a muslim i have committed sin being a drunkor and further to get forgiveness from Allah, I wish I part my share and give it to the poor or the wakf board of andhra pradesh.

Kindly guide me.

Note: I have my elder sister's son who is a bit literate, but I am sure he has no right over the property as his mother being female have no share (correct me if I am not wrong).

If at all, he has right over part of the property. I wish he can take it to any extent with your guidance.

Kindly help me in this regard on who and all has right over the property to litigate.

Thanks & Regards,

Chand Basha
