Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

CHANGE IN NO. OF PARTNERS.

One Partner has left the Partnership. what I have to do now. whether I have to get it registered again or I have to prepare a retiring deed for leavinfg partner. if retiring deed will work then retiring deed is to be registered or not. Please guide..

This amounts to change in Constitution of partnership. You have to prepare a retirement deed for retiring partner and if there is no provision in partnership deed that on retirement or death of partner the partnership firm will not be dissolved but carried on by existing partner then you have to prepare new deed and register the same.
