Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My client is the owner of a property where temple situates. He is running a temple. Now is wanted to do Family Trust by taking family members into Tust. What are all the legal formalities requires and what are all the documents require.
Can you please tell me can we do Family Trust ? and What will be the advantage and disadvantage ?

yes you can form a trust. the only disadvantage is that only trustees can manage the trust properties and no one can own any of them.
