Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
This is with regards to a co-operative Housing Society in the city of Pune, India. We are tight on parking spaces in our society. Can a tenant (someone renting a flat) demand a parking space for his car in the society.
I could not definitely select from among the options in "Select Area of Law" and so have selected Estate Law.

Tenant has the same right as flat owner.
