court procedure

We are fighting a court case. In the last hearing we had no lawyer so we do not know how to collect the court order .Pls inform.

Apply for a certified copy of the order by paying the requisite fees.

Fill the certified copy form, get it signed from judge and file it. You'll get the order in a week.

However, the simple way out is your lawyer will know the order from court reader.
