Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Custodian Permission

I have Gift Deed Made by my Great Grand Father (Hindu) of the year 1950, Hyderabad, in which there is a mention of Custodian Permission No. One more thing is that the Plans accompanying this Document still continues to be in the executant's name even after execution of Gift Deed. Now I have two questions.

1. Who gives the Custodian Permission, Who will have the records of this Custodian Permission. (This cannot be evacuee custodian permission because my Great Grand Father is a pure Hindu and bought this property from a Hindu only).

2. Why are plans still continuing in the name of the Executant even after execution of Gift Deed. Moreover this plans does not have any mention of the area of the total property. What provisions of law will give this effect? and what it means?

Kindly clarify
