Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My dad has 4 elder brothers and a sister. There was a will made by my grandfather for his two elder sons and daughter where by he gave them share of property in his life and they do not have any benefits in the remaining property he holds. Later, during same period one more will was made for this third son separately wherein he was also given his share in property.
Currently we do not have a copy of will made for this third son and all these 4 people have expired. Any idea how to get a copy of this will made for third son. We only hold a copy of will made for two elder sons and daughter made in 1978. No details are there of the will made for third son and he has expired hence we cannot get a copy of it from him. Location is Mumbai

if the will is registered you can apply under RTI to get copy of Will.
