sir, we have answered this question before. Will is not required to be registered. Registration helps proving the execution by the testator and the attestation by witnesses. In unregistered will it is easier to challenge the signature and/or presence of the witnesses. However, irrespective of registered or unregistered, will of later date prevails upon the old will.
