Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I have two daughters age 40 and 43; I have both a house property and investments in shares / MF as HUF.

What is the legal entitlement for each one of us ? I'd like to give off the property even before my death.

If the property ( house+shares+mf) is self- acquired, then you can settle to your daughters.
