Dear Sir ..My father died intestate leaving self-acquired plot of land and 1 flat ..As per a verbal family agreement the plot was divided between us 2 sisters and the flat was given to brother and mother ...We were told that mother's share will be transferred to the brother through her will as they live in the house...the will was executed and registered.. however we sisters havent given any witness on it..all the paper work happened during the same time of transfer of properties...My sister is now harrasing my mother to give her a share from moher's share in the flat..she states that earlier she wasnt aware of the valuation of the properties...I and my mother are fond of my brother and dont want him to be harrased by her..what is the best option for my mother's share in the flat to be transferred to my brother post her death .
