Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Dear Sir,
I have taken a property and my father is a co-applicant, While doing registration of the property my father has done a wrong signature on the agreement paper, where as on registration and stamp duty papers the signature are proper.
Please guide me how I should go ahead,as I am not getting any home loan due to the signature difference of my father on agreement and registration papers

you can ask the Bank / institution whether affidavit will be o.k. for further process because generally in such cases the loaner does away with affidavit.
