Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Dear Sir,

I want to purchase mhada flat newly alloted to my friend. Mhada act says I cant purchase till 5 yrs. How do I make aggrement with my friend so that house get automatically transferd to my name after 5 yrs

Any agreement for transfer will be void. There is however a special document to do it and that is available only as a paid opinion.
