Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Dear Sir/madam,

My Father's Elder Brother (my UNCLE) Has Forcefully Made a Will From My GRANDFATHER (dead in 2004).

Now He Posses All Physical (Bunglow) & Movable Properties Like Company Shares,Jwellery,Utensils etc...

My Uncle has made all Company share on his name from my GRAND FATHER's Name when he was alive.

My Father has Filed one WHEEL CHALANGE application in the AHMEDABAD CITY CIVIL COURT, and Court has Immidiate Ordered STATUS-CO and its Extending since Last 2 court dates as my UNCLE has baged some time to submit his answer to the court.

Sir/madam,

My Question is

(1)HOW DO I MYSELF FILE AND CLAIM IN MY GRAND FATHER's PROPERTY?

(2)Which Saction can be help me the best in My independent Application to claim my benefits in my GRANDFATHER's PROPERTY?

(3)How can I Get Possesion in the HOUSE(disputed Property in which my Uncle with Family & My unmarried Aunty is Residing?

POINTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD:

(1) all the brothers and sisters are Senier Citizens of INDIA.

(2) My Father Had been Tourched so.. he decided to take new house and shifted there with us. in 1984 when i was 9 months old. (My Uncle had always a bad intention)

(3) me and my sister (Married).

(4)I/we Do not wants to Harm anyone but Fighting for our rights.

Please Let me Take ur Presious Advice for this Court Case.
