Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

dear sir,

my father in law made a will and bequethed his real properties to all his legal heirs, in that he has also mentioned that what ever not mentioned in the will shall be divided among equivaly. one particular item missed out is bank locker. it is so mentioned in last page of the will.

my question is - if the locker contains the real property deeds that is already mentioned in the will, will this also be shared equeally superceeding the first pages of the will?.

when i contacted a local lawyer he was saying anything the locker contains goes equally as per the last page.

please clarify, clarity is not there here.
