Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
dear sir,
my parents have a house in juhu, santacruz (w), which is in my mother's name and this house is under the pagdi system. kindly advise me if a will can be drawn, whereby the tenancy rights can be transferred to the children after my parents death. if not which is the best solution to have the tenancy rights transfered to the children whilst my parents are living. thanks xavier
