Dear Sir's,
I had filed as suit of permanent injuction in civil court on the basis of a unregistered will, presentaly , i have ex-party stay to maintain the situation as it is or as it was "yathaisthiti" .
Now, I want to know :

2.What relief, I can get under "interim direction" ?
3. Under what act or section of Cr. P. C. , I can ask for interim direction & from which court?

1. What is "interim direction" in reference of a unregistered will ?
Interim direction is always when a main suit is pending and the court wants to make an interim arrangement during the pendency. It depends upon the direction included. For example Yathasthithi is an interim direction with regard to the status.
2.What relief, I can get under "interim direction" ?
any interim arrangement.
3. Under what act or section of Cr. P. C. , I can ask for interim direction & from which court?
In civil suit, it is CPC which is applicable. the provision is Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC
