Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Dear
My father died after making 2 wills. the 1st one was in favor of me and the second one is in favor of my step sister. In the 2nd will he did not mention anything about 1st will but only mentioned that this is his full and final will. Both the 1st and 2nd wills were notarized and medical cerificate with 2 witnesses were taken. The executioners were appointed in both the wills.
Please let me know what is the status of the 1st will. can the second will be challenged...

2nd will has surpassed the 1st will . But you surely can challenge the 2nd will too on various grounds.

if you can prove that second will is fake then only its worth challenging.
