execuation of will

my bachelor brother(A) died in cancer. He made his will in the name of his younger brother(C)(partially blind) and gave nothing to his other younger brother(B). and will execuation rights is given to me (his sister)(D). now how can i (D)execute the will and help my blind brother to operate/use his bank account and a company left by elder brother(A)

Since your the executor of will, obtain probate fo the will first from the court.

You may get the will probated filing appropriate application in the court and on the basis of probate order, transfer/deliver the property of deceased to the beneficiary under the will.
