if the executor are two of a will under probate and each getting different part of immovable property
like one is getting commercail portion and the other is getting residential portion and the valuation of commercial unit is more than residential than how the stamp duty is paid by each ,is the executor pay their own portion or jointly

the duty is to be paid by the beneficiary of the will according to his share and not jointly.

Your query is confusing. Executor is different from beneficiary. Beneficiaries have to pay as per the property they inherit.
