we aplied for probation of will in sep 2008, we ragister our family settlement in dec2008 is this lawful,the property comes to us by will ,there is no dispute,but some says ,this is not leagle familisettelement

The property of your demised father will be apportioned as per the WILL.Where is the question of settlement.

The family settlement is legal and valid. However, you may get the same registered if it involves transfer of any immovable property.
