Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father and 2 aunts has sent us a legal notice for my grandfather's flat. In the notice they are claiming to the property. Notice came on the name of father(one of the sender), grandfather (expired 10 years ago) grandmother (expired 26 years ago).
This flat was bought by my grandfather. He was about to transfer it on my brother's name. But unfortunatly he died before. So he couldn't make his deed/will.
Is there any way to issue them a stay order? We don't want them to put thr name. otherwise they will throw us(me, mom, brother n his wife) out of the house. Plz Plz tell me can i/my brother/ mom take objection on it? if yes how?
is thr any way to stop them?
