Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
i and my father build a house,i was working with him,he sold 50% of land in same plot to my bro in law with that money constructed my sisters house,during 25 years i hav spent huge amt on renovation in our home,now my father is no more,he has not signede any will.can i sell my house as a legal heir i am only son.pls advice.

Difficult to advice online. All children & mother have a right in the father's property. Your renovations will not grant you the entire rights of the property. Others should execute a release deed in favour of you. So that you can dispose the property
