Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
my father died leaving an unregistred will on the name his two sons with equal shares of property.my sister married in 1994 and well settled.my father did ot mentioned my mother and sister mname any where in the will.my mother is receiving pention.can my mother and sister challenge the will for a share please help me.the property is self acquired by father and it is on his name

A Will can be challenged on limited grounds - generally if disposition is unnatural or Will lack any statutory compliance or is doubtful.
