Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My Father Died in Sept 2009.He made a Will in June 2000 and gave the Flat in name of my younger brother. All shares he had during his life time were in my name as third signatory. The only problem was that my father did not know about a will being signed by two witnesses.Taking advantage my brother and two sisters are not giving me possession of those shares to me.They want an equal share. My brother has transferred the Flat in his name with the society. It is now three n half years. My Brother is encashing the Dividend as the Bank account was in joint name with my parents. Was signing by witness compulsory in 2000.I am a Parsi Zoroastrian. Can I have any benefit in Law as an exception of not having two witnesses.

Contact a lawyer, with all documents. Two witnesses are a must, in all cases. Parsi law has some additional requirements, so contact a lawyer who knows the personal law of Parsis, with all papers.
